About the project

Regional, varied, delicious and intercultural: traditional Westphalian cuisine is characterized by simple and hearty dishes. Here, traditional Westphalian cuisine was combined with cooking traditions from other countries. Cooking workshops and exchange meetings invited participants to explore the culinary history of Westphalia, enter into a cultural exchange and create new culinary taste experiences.
