All institutions, companies and associations with Westphalia in their name were invited to a family anniversary and Westphalian name day. During the evening, there were many encounters and exchanges with Westphalian personalities about the significance and development of the region. Prior to the event, the school competition "Our Westphalia - yesterday, today and tomorrow" was announced and the award ceremony was part of the evening program.
