Black humor, short, new: The 20-minute film retells the 18th century Westphalian fairy tale "The White Lady", which is representative of many Westphalian fairy tales with its sexist and misogynistic traits. For the film team from Goldstoff Filme (Grimme Prize for the web series Haus Kummerveldt), this was no reason to avoid this cultural asset - rather, the fairy tale was critically reflected upon, spun further and reinterpreted. The film was presented on a tour through the region and at film festivals.
