The exhibition "Animals. Loved & Hunted" at the LWL-Museum für Kunst und Kultur in Münster from November 27, 2026 to April 18, 2027 invites visitors to take a fresh look at the special relationship between humans and animals: through the eyes of art - between closeness and distance, admiration and domination, affection and purpose. Works from the 16th to 21st centuries by Albrecht Dürer, Franz Marc and Louise Bourgeois, among others, enter into an exciting dialog with scientific specimens and contemporary interpretations.
