Building culture

About the project

The only UNESCO World Heritage Site in Westphalia, the Corvey Monastery Church in Höxter, has been the subject of scientific research for over 70 years. The publication of the third volume on Corvey's westwork marks the conclusion of the long-term research project. The publication was presented to the public as part of a book launch, accompanied by guided tours and lectures in the monastery church. A film and a social media campaign were also used to convey the supra-regional architectural and cultural-historical significance of the World Heritage Site.
