200 years, 200 treasures - beautiful, spectacular and sometimes bizarre objects from the association's collection traced the history of the collection of the association, which was founded in 1825, in the exhibition at the LWL-Museum für Kunst und Kultur. Why were certain objects of interest to the association and worth preserving? What fell under the umbrella term "antiquities" and where did they come from? Lectures and excursions as well as a catalog and digitized research results complemented the anniversary exhibition.
