Prussia at Sea invited visitors to explore the "swaying planks" of Prussian maritime history: Who set out from Prussia across the sea into the world? In which regions were relationships established? In what ways was Prussian seafaring linked to colonial policy and had an impact on people overseas? The exhibition approached these questions from both a global and a very personal perspective and told almost forgotten maritime stories.
