aboutLife – between dinosaurs and scale trees

LWL Museum of Natural History. Westphalian State Museum with Planetarium, Münster
Exhibition

About the project

Traces of dinosaurs can also be found in Westphalia, as fossil finds in the region prove. For the first time, the exhibition of prehistoric living environments presents the national uniqueness of Westphalia's fossil heritage in a multimedia format. It also sheds light on how fossil finds have been interpreted since the Middle Ages and contributed to the formation of regional identity. Impressive originals make living creatures and habitats tangible.
