Anniversary year "1250 years of Westphalia"

In March, the cultural program for the anniversary year “1250 Years of Westphalia” attracts visitors with a range of events in Ascheberg, Detmold and Schmallenberg, among other places. The “aufbrüche literaturfestival [lila:we] 2025” festival, from whose portfolio six projects will enrich the cultural program for the anniversary year, is kicking off with its first events. The eight-part film series “Drehbuch Geschichte: Filmwelt Westfalen – Geschichten einer Region” by the association Die Linse (Münster) also begins.
