“The Baroness ” retells the 18th century Westphalian fairy tale “The White Lady”. Produced by Goldstoff Films

“Once upon a time in Westphalia”: The narrator travels with the audience to four formative moments in Westphalian history: to the time of the Saxon wars in the early Middle Ages, through the Thirty Years’ War and the Napoleonic Wars in the early modern period, to the time after the Second World War and the emergence of the federal state of “North Rhine-Westphalia”. “Die Spökenkiekerin und das Fräulein” is a historical short film with both mystical and humorous elements. The story is based on the short story of the same name by Charlotte Krafft. Produced by Goldstoff Films
