The citizens of Haltern are cordially invited to the final panel of the Blind Spots event series. Dr. Jacek Barski, Dr. Rüdiger Ritter and Dr. Iris Helbing will discuss together with the citizens of Haltern how the history of the camp for displaced persons (DPs) in Haltern can be remembered in the future – with special consideration of the experiences of those citizens who experienced a profound change in their everyday lives when their homes were evacuated to accommodate the DPs.
