The “Blaues Rauschen” festival invites you to experience digital sound experiments and electronic music with concerts, performances and installations. With workshops and lectures, the association open systems e.V. opens up spaces for discourse on the relationships between man and machine, analog and digital. Venues are supported in Bochum, Dortmund, Gelsenkirchen, Herne and Witten, among others
